2 The buoy has light weight, small inertia.
3 Floating-body is flexible andstrong, anti-tension, and very difficult to tear.
4 Floating body has stronginternal flexible steel skeleton, polyurethane foam's pouring density≥ 46kg/m3.
5 lampbracket eliminates thetraditional angle by 6mm and 8mm thick steelplate Q235 stamping manufacturers. We have done many improvements inline with GB on basic, its security, anti-impact ability, lifeexpectancy have a substantial increase
6 Floating body and theconnecting pipe joint as a whole through theelectric welding, lamp bracketConnectes the connecting pipe with 8316L-M20 stainless steel bolt (Each bolt'sshear force is 78KN, tensileyield stress 52KN), Strong enough to resist anyimpact force.
7 Lamp safe guard ringeliminates the traditional steel tube bending by 30mm thick plate toreplace, with steel bracket to support.
Longlife
1 Thebuoy's molecular weightis 2, 500, 000 or more, and very resistant tooutdoor ultraviolet radiation. Itwill not be aging for several decadeswith mechanical properties no change.
2 Lampbracket do a phosphatingtreatment and paint four times. Lamps stent canbe used for more than 20 years(once every two years, painting).
3 Because hanging ears adoptthe special structure, its ears hanging alone limit load up to 60 tons.
